R. S. Jindy Bhalla

Jindy Bhalla is the founding and current President and Director of ASAP and is a partner in the Vancouver law firm, Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP.

An accomplished Vancouver commercial lawyer, practicing thirty years, Mr. Bhalla’s experience encompasses all aspects of commercial law, in particular, the purchase and sale of commercial properties, environmental matters, financing, leasing, the development of commercial, industrial and multi-family residential projects, syndications, and general corporate and commercial matters.  In addition, Mr. Bhalla has extensive experience with the re-development and sale of surplus lands and brownfields.  His clients include local, national and international manufacturers, investors, developers, and corporations.

Mr. Bhalla contributes his time and expertise to several professional organizations and speaks on various law matters. A highly regarded member of the legal community, Mr. Bhalla has recently received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for community achievement.
